SIZE 8 RESPONDS TO TROLLS OF HER INAUGURAL ‘FAIL’ PERFORMANCE
No sooner had size 8 finished the first few lines of her collabo hit song with Willy Paul TamTam, than her performance was abruptly cut short, during President Uhuru Kenyatta’s inauguration at the Kasarani National Stadium on 28th November 2017.
Kenyans on twitter went on fire, as they quickly speculated, she had chosen a wrong song for such an important occasion, while others blatantly called out on her for portraying an awful performance, characterized by too much yelling, despite the event being graced by important dignitaries.
Speaking to Word Is, Size 8 responded to the harsh trolling she had been subjected to by saying;
“Everyone is entitled to speak what they want, but for me, I engaged the crowd. My purpose was to engage with my fans and if people found it funny or whatever, my intention was to engage and celebrate the good doing of the Lord. I can’t judge people vibaya, I guess it’s because they had not seen my earlier performance. Anyway I had fun and I was so happy.”
